HBF has submitted its response to the Government consultation entitled “Prosperous Places: Taking forward the Review of Sub National Economic Development and Regeneration. The consultation proposes giving responsibility for regional strategies, including regional planning powers, to the Regional Development Agencies (RDAs), in effect, abolishing the existing regional assemblies.
