HBF and the Lighthouse Club Construction Industry charity have been working closely to deliver free mental health awareness training sessions for those working in SMEs and the supply chain. The course will open up conversations around mental health and provide knowledge of the signs and symptoms. It will also provide information and resources on how you can look after your own mental health and wellbeing and support someone who may be in distress.
The course will take place on Wednesday 24 April (9am - 1pm) virtually through Zoom and those that complete the course will take away a helpful toolkit, a manual and certificate of attendance.
