Home Building Career Ambassadors have a key role in the promotion of careers in home building and attracting more people into the Industry.

Some employers may have their own approach to building industry awareness and recruit ambassadors from within but you can also be part of a bigger network. Our Home Building Careers Ambassador Scheme collaborates with STEM Learning & Go Construct to allow more opportunities for ambassadors to get involved and promote home building careers for the next generation.
STEM Learning is the UK's largest provider of education and careers support in Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics and has expanded its portfolio into Construction and the Built Environment.
If you work in home building and would like to inspire others to join the Industry, you can get involved! It is easy to become a Home Building Careers ambassador via the Go Construct STEM ambassador route.

“Here at Countryside we are always looking to attract diverse new talent from within our communities and beyond and want to do this by building a network of ambassadors to help us promote the industry and the breath of career opportunities available in Countryside. When we heard that HBF and GoConstruct were collaborating with the STEM Learning network we decided to join their programme to take advantage of the school and college contacts, resources and connectivity on offer until we are in a position to develop our own strategy of engagement.” Countryside Properties
A Home Building Careers Ambassador's role is to encourage and motivate people to consider a career in home building. By talking about the diverse careers on offer, entry routes and sharing your own journeys and experiences you can help to inspire and attract more people into the industry.
