Having a skilled workforce is essential in maintaining standards onsite and delivering high quality homes.
To help organisations and their employees the Skills Partnership, in partnership with CITB, NHBC and the Association of Brickwork Contractors (ABC) has created Brickwork Masterclasses. These 90 minute courses deliver practical guidance on the most common brickwork issues found by inspection teams, allowing your bricklayer employees to become masters on key areas of good practice.
To ensure the masterclasses match your needs, sessions are available across the UK and can be delivered on or near your site provided that a suitable room is available to seat attendees, such as a large site office, canteen or another venue close to the site. The course itself is fully funded but available for a limited time only so book now to avoid disappointment.
For more information email firstname.lastname@example.org or phone the helpline on 01908 746380.
Recent survey results show most participants "would absolutely recommend the Brickwork Masterclasses to a colleague".

Brickwork CPD Sessions for Further Education Colleges and Training Providers
To help to deliver new entrants to the industry who meet industry requirements the Skills Partnership is keen to develop engagement and working relationships with colleges, universities and training providers.
The Skills Partnership is working with BACH (British Association of Construction Heads) to tackle the challenges facing full time construction student leavers gaining employment when not site ready.
In collaboration with CITB, National House Building Council (NHBC) and the Association of Brickwork Contractors (ABC), the Skills Partnership has created CPD for educators on industry challenges associated with Brickwork.
During 2019 the Skills Partnership ran a successful programme of 3 hour CPD sessions for brickwork lecturers, hosted in regional colleges, delivered by NHBC, funded by CITB. To find out more see the recent evaluation report below.
