HBF has objected to draft supplementary planning guidance produced by Aylesbury Vale District Council on the provision of affordable housing in association with new residential development.
The thrust of HBF's objections are around those aspects of the SPG which are contrary to government policy guidance contained in circulars 1/97 and 6/98 on planning obligations and affordable housing.
