It is important that before bringing any new tax into operation, both the Government and the industry are confident that it is robust enough to apply to all parties, without being easily avoided by the well informed or evaded by those willing to ‘cut corners’.
Many of the large housebuilding companies offer graduate recruitment programmes or management trainee schemes. Typically these programmes are open to candidates from any degree discipline who can demonstrate their ability to become managers. Entrants gain in-depth experience in all areas of business and the housebuilding process.
Graduates are also recruited to fulfil specialist roles throughout the industry.
