HBF Future Talent Conference 2023

The 2-day HBF Future Talent Conference returns to Wyboston Lakes on Thursday 2 and Friday 3 March 2023.

The HBF Future Talent Conference 2023 remains HBF’s main event each year to bring together, trainees, graduates and apprentices with ambition and aspiration to progress their careers within the home building industry. This interactive conference programme aims to provide learning insights on the main issues and changes for the industry from a national perspective that will enhance the delegates’ knowledge and understanding as they develop their careers.

The conference begins on day 1 at 10am with a short welcome from HBF's Managing Director Neil Jefferson and an address from our keynote speaker (tbc) before delegates are assembled into smaller groups and rotated around 4 interactive workshops.

The workshop topics will focus on key industry issues and include a set session dedicated to group project work, where the delegates will be asked to work together before presenting their findings over the course of the event.

A buffet dinner is served in the evening, offering delegates the chance to network with their colleagues.

Day 2 offers delegates the opportunity to hear from additional key speakers from the industry, including Colin Cole, Chief Executive at Lioncourt Homes and Helen Moore, Group Director at Orbit Homes. There will be an expert panel session and the event concludes at lunchtime.
