Utilities Group

The world of utilities is a complex one with many challenges and remains a critical element for the delivery of new housing. This group meets periodically to strategically look at innovation, best practice, emerging legislation and challenges to delivery across the entire utilities network covering Gas, Water, Electricity and Communications. The group is attended and made up of attendees from Housebuilders and Utility providers alike, with one simple objective – to ensure efficient, cost effective delivery of utility supplies to new dwellings on time.
