The HBF has submitted written comments to Broadland District Council in relation to its draft local development scheme.
The HBF has made a number of comments relating to the documents that the council is suggesting it wishes to prepare. It has emphasised that Supplementary Planning Documents (SPD) should not be used to provide policy guidance where Local Development Documents (LDD) are more appropriate, for example, on policies relating to affordable housing and planning obligations.
