Kieran is the Technical Director for the Home Builders Federation.
Kieran has had an 18-year career in the construction industry starting out as a CAD technician and working in architectural practices early in his career. These positions afforded Kieran the opportunity to work on some exciting, varied and high-profile projects including the Scottish Parliament building at Holyrood, The Home Office, and Newbury Parkway regeneration scheme. It was following the work on the latter project and a number of other residential schemes that Kieran moved across into house building in 2006. He started firstly as a technical co-ordinator with Miller Homes and went on to manage a number of large complex regeneration schemes for a number of PLC developers including Berkeley Group, Barratt Developments and Taylor Wimpey, taking a lead on the planning, technical, commercial and construction elements. Kieran has worked in a number of senior managerial and regional board roles with PLC housebuilders, most recently as Technical Director at Linden Homes. He joined HBF in March 2019.
