Help to buy has been running in Wales since January 2014 and over 100 completions have now been achieved. The scheme is due to expire on the 31st March 2016 however HBF recently wrote to the Minister requesting a 4 year extension and he has indicated that this is currently being considered but he is supportive of the proposed extension.
