Managing Transition and Change
September 16th, 10.30-12.30
In the past 12 months the housebuilding industry has seen significant proposed regulatory change in areas such as energy, fire and transportation.
The proposals to revise Parts L and F of the Building Regulations will fundamentally change the way the industry designs, builds and occupies buildings in the future. And the amendments to Part B and the recent launch of the Building Safety Bill will see a step change in how the relationship between developers and Building Control authorities is managed.
Add into this mix the proposals for every new dwelling to be fitted with an electric vehicle charging point and there are interesting and busy times ahead.
This year’s HBF Technical Conference – to be held as an online event on the morning of Wednesday September 16th - will tackle and analyse all these issues.
In this difficult time HBF is more determined than ever to provide the industry with the key information it needs to run successful housebuilding businesses. So this year this online conference will be free to attend for HBF members and priced at just £60 plus VAT for non-members.
