Following the success of its first event on this subject, HBF is holding a second seminar on the implications of the replacement of the Property Misdescriptions Act by the Consumer and Business Protection Regulations. These changes deserve careful consideration and are of real current interest given the recovery we have seen in the housing market over the last year. HBF is pleased therefore to be offering this further seminar to help raise awareness of the new regulations and assist members in responding to their requirements.
