Careers Skills & Training Committee (CSTC)
The CSTC meets 4 times a year at HBFs London office. The Committee works with HBF members, the Construction Industry Training Board (CITB) and other bodies to develop strategies to assist the industry in recruiting and training the new entrants it needs. It also provides a forum for members to engage with CITB and government on policy and other measures affecting recruitment, skills and training.
