Mid Devon District Council is seeking to increase the proportion of affordable housing. Mid Devon District Council is seeking to increase the proportion of affordable housing from 14% in the First Deposit Plan to 40% in the Revised Deposit Plan. In addition, the Council is seeking to set a threshold of just 2 dwellings on sites for which they will seek a contribution towards affordable housing.
