HBF submitted a paper to Greg Clark in response to his call for suggestions regarding the purpose and content of the proposed National Planning Policy Framework (NPPF). This document will replace most of the current government planning policy set out in the suite of 23 Planning Policy Guidance Notes and Statements. S draft of the NPPF is expected to be produced around Easter.
