HBF has responded to the consultation draft version of the South East Plan.
The South East Plan is the name for the Regional Spatial Strategy (RSS). Prepared by the South East England Regional Assembly (SEERA), it will eventually replace RPG9. HBF's objections to the plan are many and varied but focus on the fundamental need for housing provision to be increased substantially compared to the options currently being consulted on.
