On Wednesday 10th February the Government published its revised Community Infrastructure Regulations and associated documents (including an explanatory memorandum and an impact assessment).
Subject to some parliamentary administration procedures, the regulations are due to come into force on 6th April 2010. Please find below the CIL stakeholder briefing note which outlines the main changes to the regulations from the previous draft of July 2009.
