Increasing mental health awareness continues to be a big issue across many industries. Home building is a varied and exciting industry but work pressures can also be high. As part of Mental Health Awareness Week (9th - 15th May 2022) HBF will be hosting a mental health awareness webinar for small home builders and supply chain organisations on what they can do to support and signpost information to help their employees mental health and wellbeing.

The webinar will also focus on understanding mental health conditions and provide some of the tools available for organisations to create their own mental health strategies that will fit within their own businesses. Speakers include Sarah Bolton, Director of Charitable Services at the Lighthouse Club Construction charity, Paul Curry, Chair of the HBF Mental Health group and Group Training Manager - Persimmon Homes and Cath Goodfellow, Learning & Development Partner and Adult Mental Health First Aid Instructor at Bellway Homes.
