HBF is organising two half day seminars on the Tuesday 16 September at Walker Morris Solicitors’ offices in Leeds on the implications of the replacement of the Property Misdescriptions Act by the Consumer and Business Protection Regulations.
The implications of this change deserve careful consideration and are of real current interest given the recovery we have seen in the housing market over the last year. HBF is pleased therefore to be offering this seminar to help raise awareness of the new regulations and assist members in responding to their requirements. We hope the seminars will also be of use to members in complying with the Consumer Code for Home Builders under the new regulatory regime.
