The Utilities Group looks at innovation, best practice, emerging legislation and challenges to delivery across the entire utilities network covering Gas, Water, Electricity and Communications. The group's objective is to ensure efficient, cost-effective delivery of utility supplies to new dwellings on time.
Rhodri Williams is Technical and Sustainability Director of the Home Builders Federation. Rhodri joined HBF in 2023 having worked in the home building industry for almost 25 years in senior technical roles across different parts of the country.
