New Homes Week is the chance for you to find out more about the massive benefits that buying a new build home gives you.
What is New Homes Week Unlocked?
New Homes Week Unlocked is the chance for you to find out more about the massive benefits that buying a new build home, compared to a second hand home, gives you.
This year we are doings things differently. Due to the Covid-19 crisis, we postponed the date from May, and we are happy to announce that we will be introducing New Homes Week Unlocked on July 20th 2020, to support people to press ahead with the plans they have had to put on hold over the last few months.
During the week, we will be showcasing the vast range of beautiful new homes available around the UK and we will be giving expert guidance on how to take advantage of the fantastic incentives available.
Our ambassador, interior designer Sophie Robinson, will once again be taking the helm, exploring show homes, sharing exclusive style tips, and explaining the new process of safely viewing show homes while social distancing.
From the superb finishing touches and quality specifications, to the many excellent deals and offers house builders can offer you, including a 10-year warranty as standard. The peace of mind you get when buying a new build home is unrivalled.
And don’t forget the hugely popular Help to Buy equity loan scheme and the new Help to Buy ISA, that could be the difference between being able to afford your own home, and renting for another year or more.
What should I look out for during New Homes Week Unlocked 2020?
New Homes Week Unlocked is a great way for you to explore the many great reasons why you should buy a new build home, whilst finding out about the new process around viewing show homes during the pandemic. While the focus of the week will be to explore the best ways of designing the interiors for your new home, we’ll also be promoting the many benefits of buying new and tips for different households across the week.
During the week we will be running some competitions to win vouchers too, so keep an eye on social media for that by following @newdashhomes on Twitter and following the hashtag #NewHomesWeek
