One of the benefits of being a HBF member is that you're able to join the National Customer Satisfaction Survey and HBF Star Rating scheme.

Conducted annually, the survey gathers feedback from new build buyers to assess home builder performance, drive improvements, and enhance customer service. Participating home builders are awarded an annual HBF Star Rating based on the feedback received. The results of the survey and star ratings are published in March each year, with an awards reception held at the HBF Policy Conference for 5-star builders.
