Philip's role for Barratt is focused on land acquisition activity and helping to guide our major projects through the planning process.
Philip is a Fellow of both the Royal Town Planning Institute and the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. He joined Barratt in July 2013 having previously been a Director at Nathaniel Lichfield and Partners, a leading economics and town planning consultancy.
