Dean Finch has served as Chief Executive Officer of Persimmon Homes since 2020, overseeing a significant improvement in customer and build quality scores alongside key commercial improvements.
Before Persimmon, Dean was the CEO of National Express PLC between 2010 and 2020, building the business into Britain's leading transport group during his tenure. Prior to that, he was Group Chief Executive of Tube Lines and Group Finance Director and Group Chief Operating Officer at First Group plc, where he also held a number of other senior roles.
