Dale Saunders - NTSC & Future of New Homes Chairman

Dale has over 30 years of experience in the building industry, the majority of which has been spent at Taylor Wimpey where he is currently the UK Associate Technical Director. Dale has also worked at Bovis Homes.
In addition to his role as Associate Technical Director, Dale sits on and chairs the HBF National Technical and Sustainability Committee, the HBF Future of New Homes sub-group, Robust Details Standards Committee, and the NHBC Standards Review Committee and Building Control Industry work groups.
Dale's current roles involves interaction with government and industry bodies as well as a wide variety of manufacturers and products.
Dale has a wide construction based knowledge ranging from planning through to house types drawings, details and specifications, and can currently carry out on-site audits to ensure compliance.
