Chris joined the Home Builders Federation in October 2025 as a Regional Planning Manager covering the North East, North West and Yorkshire regions. His role is to advise and represent members in relation to all planning matters across the North of England.
With nearly 20 years planning experience, prior to joining HBF Chris worked for a number of national planning consultancies where he has successfully helped guide both larger and smaller housebuilders through the plan-making and development management processes.
