Catherine joined HBF as Planning Director in July 2025. Previously, she held a position as Regional Planning Director at Bellway Homes.
Catherine has worked as a planner for over 15 years, with experience in the private and public sectors, and advising on major planning applications.
Prior to joining Bellway in 2022, Catherine spent a decade at Savills, where, as a Director within the planning team, she worked closely with the home building industry.
