HBF has submitted objections to the London Borough of Ealing's draft affordable housing SPG.
HBF's objections relate to the funding of affordable housing: in particular, the effect of the provision of 65 per cent TCI and the resulting need for flexibility.
Additional objections relate to arrangements for cash-in-lieu payments and inflexible prescriptive constraints in relation to off-site provision and affordable housing types.
