On 19 September, research on the PGS by Knight Frank was launched involving an analysis of 18 case studies (9 residential). For each scheme, Knight Frank compared what had actually happened under the current S106 regime with what might have happened if there had been a PGS and scaled-back S106 (including Affordable Housing) as proposed in the Treasury’s December 2005 consultation.
