The Health and Safety Commission (HSC) has published a consultation document on proposals for new control of noise at work regulations, implementing the physical agents (noise) directive (2003/10/EC). Copies of the consultation document are available free on the Health and Safety Executive (HSE) website. Comments on the HSC proposals should be submitted by e-mail or post by 25 June 2004.
