Carl Sargeant, Minister for Planning, has announced that Peter Burley, the former Chief Planning Inspector for England and Wales, is the interim chairman of the Planning Advisory and Improvement Service (PAIS) in Wales. The interim advisory group will present its recommendations on the future operation of the PAIS to the Minister by February 2015.
