There are four papers out for consultation and the HBF is co-ordinating a response. The deadline for comment is 12 March 2004 The four consultation issues are: Financial arrangements for self-lay water mains; Requisitioning agreements; Process for handling disputes and appeals; Infrastructure charges and network reinforcement costs for water mains and sewer installations.
