The Office of the Deputy Prime Minister (ODPM) has produced a consultation document entitled “Housing & Planning in the Regions”. The document seeks views on the merger of Regional Housing Boards (RHBs) and Regional Planning Bodies (RPBs), following the recommendations of the Barker Report.
