HBF has submitted representations to City of Nottingham council about its draft SPG on building balanced communities. The document seeks to increase new family housing in the city, given concerns over the the recent predominence of smaller dwellings. The HBF has voiced concerns the city council attempts to dicate specific levels of housing mix in new development schemes.
