HBF has submitted representations to Northamptonshire County Council concerning its Planning Obligations & Educational Facilities SPG.
The HBF draws particular attention to the fact that any planning gains sought should pay full regard to the viability of individual development sites and not threaten the deliverability of the overall housing supply requirement. This is a matter that has been given considerable emphasis recently by government (including through the findings and recommendations of the Barker Report).
