The briefing includes guidance on the calculation of holiday pay for the 21 days of Industry holidays and the 8 days of Public/Bank holidays which have become more complicated following the Employment Appeal Tribunal (EAT) judgement in the cases of Bear Scotland & Ors -v- Fulton & Ors in 2014.
