The Home Builders Federation (HBF) has named Matthew Davies, Managing Director of Davies Homes Limited, as Chair of its South Wales MDs Group.
Matthew brings extensive experience of the Welsh housing market and a strong understanding of the challenges facing SME builders. He has over 40 years’ experience in the housebuilding industry and has held the role of Managing Director for the past 20 years.
His appointment will support HBF’s work to represent members across the sector and to promote a policy environment that enables the delivery of high-quality homes across Wales.
Matthew succeeds Martin Taylor, Managing Director of Edenstone Homes Limited, who has stepped down from the role. HBF thanks Martin for his leadership and contribution to HBF Wales during his tenure as Chair.
