Custodians of the Redrow brand Strategic media planning for brand awareness campaigning Work as a service function for regional sales teams in adding value and put in place effective policies and efficient processes Manage all point of sale materials and sales tools from literature to the marketing suite Manage Redrow’s presence online, from www.redrow.co.uk to smaller microsites and online advertising / search engine strategy Organise corporate events and presentations to the city Manage the PR process with press and customers Co-ordinate internal databases and CRM strategy Provision of customer analysis and market intelligence into the Redrow business Oversee customer research from post-completion satisfaction surveys to bespoke research projects WHAT DO YOU DO ON A DAY-TO-DAY BASIS?
