The construction department is responsible for the delivery of construction projects in line with the client’s requirements and the contract terms completing on programme and within budget with the key aim of delighting customers to obtain repeat business and build on Bramall Constructions excellent reputation. PLEASE DESCRIBE WHAT YOU DO ON A DAY-TO-DAY BASIS? My day-to-day roll is to manage the construction department ensuring that contracts are correctly set up and resourced to enable an effective start on site for the agreed contract start date.I must also ensure that contracts are effectively run and delivered on programme, is within budget meeting all targets set.
