HBF has submitted objections to the London Borough of Lewisham's draft affordable housing SPG. HBF's objections mainly focus on a disregard of circular 6/98 and PPG 12. HBF also raised concerns about the emphasis placed on the Three Dragons toolkit to determine funding of affordable housing in relation to social housing grant.
