HBF has submitted objections to the London Borough of Camden's draft SPG on affordable housing and housing in mixed-use developments. HBF's objections related to the rigid affordable housing provision target and an overly prescriptive stance on housing mix. Additional objections related to the requirements of an 'open book' accounting process and preferred RSL partners, contrary to circular 6/98.
