The HBF has responsed to the Office of the Deputy Prime Minister's (ODPM) consultation document entitled “Changes to the System of Planning Fees in England”.
The ODPM's consultation document proposed changes to planning fees for 2005/06, to be introduced on 1 April 2005, in response to the green paper.
The closing date for comments was 9 December 2004 and the HBFs response is available to download below:
