HBF Response - Delivering Housing and Regeneration: Communities England and the future of social housing regulation

As a general comment, while recognising that the role of CE will be, in many cases, important in ensuring delivery of the land necessary to meet the government’s housing targets, HBF is concerned that not enough recognition is given in the consultation document to the role of the private sector in that delivery.
