The HBF has responded to the Office of the Deputy Prime Minister's (ODPM) consultation document entitled ‘Further proposed changes to the system of planning fees in England’.
A second ODPM consultation document proposed further changes to planning fees for 2005/06, to be introduced on 1 April 2005, in response to the green paper.
