HBF member note: HBF Customer Satisfaction Survey

The latest results for HBF’s annual customer satisfaction survey is available below, covering legal completions in the 12 months October 2008 to September 2009. The results are based on a survey of some 17,000 purchases from 15 large HBF members.

The results are stunning, especially given the extraordinarily difficult market conditions faced by home builders during this period. Nearly nine out of ten new home buyers (88%) were satisfied with the overall quality of their home, with the same proportion saying they would recommend their builder to a friend.
