HBF hosted the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government (MHCLG) for an exclusive webinar giving members an overview of the Building Safety Levy and what it means for home builders across England.
This webinar explained the purpose of the levy and developers’ key responsibilities now that the levy is in force. MHCLG outlined how the levy operates in practice and highlighted the guidance and support available to industry.
The session was followed by a dedicated Q&A, giving HBF members the opportunity to put their questions directly to the MHCLG team and gain a better understanding of how the levy will affect future residential development.
