HBF Wales Conference & Dinner 2025

The HBF Wales Conference and Dinner will take place on 4 September at the Leonardo Hotel Cardiff (formerly Jury’s Inn).

The conference commences at 16.00 and will be followed by a three-course dinner. The event provides delegates with the perfect opportunity to network with HBF members from across Wales.

The HBF Wales Conference will look at some of the main issues facing the home building industry in Wales. HBF CEO Neil Jefferson will provide a general update on the key areas and what HBF is currently focused on. We will hear from Barny Evans, Sustainability & ESG Director at Turley, on energy demand, grid flexibility and how new homes aligned with the Future Homes Standard can expect to perform. Morag Ellis KC, FTB Chambers, will cover the Plan Led system in Wales as well as some other key current legal issues; And we have Craig Lawton, Associate Director at Grasshopper, who will update delegates on what the new Welsh Government’s approach to house builders may look like and where development features in its priorities.

£130.00 +VAT (per person) the ticket includes a place at the conference and dinner.
