Taking place in February each year, the HBF Future Talent Conference is designed to bring together the industry’s rising stars for a day of insight, knowledge and networking to support them as they begin their careers within home building.

Our Future Talent Conference has been developed for industry’s new entrants and is therefore generally attended by graduates, trainees and degree apprentices.
Location
Our one-day event is held at The Studio in the centre of Birmingham, and therefore easily accessible from all major transport links.
HBF member discount
The HBF Future Talent Conference is open to all of industry. However, HBF members can benefit from a discounted ticket rate to attend.
The interactive programme of workshops, panel discussions, and expert-led sessions aims to inspire and engage attendees in a broad range of topical issues impacting the home building sector.
