Mortgage Advice Bureau (MAB) is the UK's most recognised mortgage and protection intermediary brand, with over 150 mortgage advice firms and some 1,400 mortgage advisers spread nationwide.
Our specialist new build firms are represented with the majority of the national house builders in England and Wales, and work with many of the SME developers too. MAB offers expert mortgage advice on a local, regional and a national basis, both over the phone, and face to face with the prospective home buyer. We have achieved over 150 mortgage industry awards voted for by mortgage lenders and other professionals for the quality of our advice and service. Our experienced senior managers have close relationships with director level contacts within mortgage lenders and valuers and are often consulted by the industry trade bodies on various new build and housing market issues.
Mortgage Advice Bureau handles over £16bn of loans annually, and was the first – and is currently the only – mortgage intermediary to have floated on the London Stock Exchange, having joined the Alternative Investment Market (AIM) in 2014. MAB is also an Associate Member of UK Finance, the mortgage lenders trade body.
